The design of the organization is functional and based on the different fields of work. Depending on the requirements of individual projects, we are able to deploy additional staff for specialist support. This way we can achieve the level of knowledge within the areas of work to stay up to date and the latest industry insights can be applied where available.
The core management team of CECC consists of 4 persons with a variety of backgrounds including engineering, business development and project assistance.
