As your business grows, some organizations and building owners find it difficult to securely store engineering documentation and architectural drawings. This problem was highlighted after the passing of Hurricane Irma in 2017 as many companies faced setbacks in rebuilding due to not being able to find the relevant drawings or the drawings being completely destroyed by the storm.
CECC can help you avoid this issue by using our encrypted servers to safely store your drawings and engineering documentation including inspection reports, damage assessments etc. From here, you can access whatever documents you require at any given time. To store and access these documents and drawings, you must first choose one of the below service level options and we will draft up your service agreement based on this:
Service Levels:
Option 1: Pay as You Go
You pay a yearly subscription for storage and a flat fee every time you access the CECC servers.
Option 2: 20 hours
You pay a yearly subscription for storage and get up to 20 hours worth of server access a year.
Option 3: 40 hours
You pay a yearly subscription for storage and get up to 40 hours worth of server access a year.
Many of our clients have signed up for this service while also using CECC to maintain up to date versions of these drawings. The drawings are kept updated by periodically inspecting your building for modifications and by fostering a system where your building management team can contact us let us know that there are installation or building changes being made and these need to be updated in the drawings we have on file for you.
Please get in contact with us to discuss how our services can add value to your organization or to find the service level that is right for you.
